How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?
In order to receive wholesale pricing, you must be an individual or business who buys items in bulk. Often times, it is for the purpose of resale. Please apply for a wholesale account on our website, if interested!
What if I am tax exempt?
We will need a copy of your tax-exempt form that we will keep on file and apply to your orders! You can send via email or snail-mail!
Can you ship my items instead of having me pick them up at your store?
Absolutely! Shipping is available out of our Greensburg store. We will add shipping costs to your final invoice. We also are able to bill your shipping account, if that option is available to you. Keep in mind that in-store pickup is free of charge!
What are your shipping costs?
We are happy to quote you shipping before moving forward with your order.
When will I receive my order?
We have a basic 2-week turnaround on all products. This heavily depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. Since we are a small-business, we ask for patience but always are honest about timeframes. We are often times able to accommodate your deadlines, if need be! Please bear with us and plan accordingly during the holiday season, as that is our busiest time of year.
What if items were damaged during shipping?
If any products were damaged in the shipping process, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping company. This process most likely requires photos of the damaged products and boxes. Please call or email us for more details on this matter.
What is the minimum order?
In order to receive wholesale pricing, there are minimum quantities per item.
