Why should I choose sublimation?
Sublimation allows you to display your favorite photos in ways that are unique and different than just hanging a photo in a frame on the wall!
Can you add words to the photo?
Yes! We can add a quote, the year, your name, or something else! Keep in mind that the item itself may or may not have room for words, so choose the item based on your desired design idea!
What if I have multiple photos?
We are happy to help you find the right item for the number of photos you’d like to use! Some items only have room for one photo, and other items have room for plenty of photos!
Does the image quality matter?
Yes, the quality of your photo truly does matter. We are transferring the photo(s) onto an item, so the end product will show up similar to the original photo(s). If the item of choice enlarges your photo, then the quality is stretched and may look blurry.
How quickly will I receive the finished product?
We have a basic 2-week turnaround on all products. This heavily depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. Since we are a small-business, we ask for patience but always are honest about timeframes. We are often times able to accommodate your deadlines, if need be! Please bear with us and plan accordingly during the holiday season, as that is our busiest time of year.
Can I bring an item to you to be sublimated?
Due to the process of sublimation itself, it can only be done on very specific products. For that reason, we ask that you order the items directly through us so that we can ensure a beautiful end result!
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the chosen item! Our storefront location in Greensburg has tons of items on display, so you are welcome to stop by! If we don’t have something on the shelf, we can order it in!
