How quickly will I receive the finished product?
We have a basic 2-week turnaround on all products. This heavily depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. Since we are a small-business, we ask for patience but always are honest about timeframes. We are often times able to accommodate your deadlines, if need be! Please bear with us and plan accordingly during the holiday season, as that is our busiest time of year.
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes!
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is determined by a multitude of things other than the item choice itself. We are happy to quote you before moving forward with your order.
– More ink colors = higher cost
– More print locations = higher cost
– Higher quantity = lower cost
Do I need to give you a design?
If you have a finished design, send it over and we will be happy to work with it! If you have absolutely no idea, we are here to help with that too. From ground zero to finished product, we will guide you through the design process.
What artwork file format do you need?
If you are bringing artwork to us, we ask that it be in a Vector or EPS file format. If you do not have the art in either of these formats, please speak with our team so we can talk about the next steps!
Is there a setup fee?
Setup fees are subject to certain orders, especially under 24 items. Often times, there is no setup fee when the art is supplied and able to be utilized without additional art time. Our team will let you know if/when a fee applies before moving forward with your project!
Do you offer specialty inks?
Yes! We can offer glitter, reflective, glow-in-the-dark, metallic, and foil printing. We will work with you to make sure the ink matches the item and your design!
Can I mix and match shirt styles?
Yes, as long as the ink color doesn’t need to be changed then there is often no problem at all. If a different ink color is needed for different colored shirts, this may incur another charge. We will discuss this with you upon designing your shirts!
What are my color options for the ink?
We have a VERY wide range of colors for you to choose from, all colors of the rainbow and tons in-between! We are happy to help find the perfect colors for your items!
Do you offer custom names and numbers?
Yes! We are able to add names and numbers to lots of items using cut vinyl.
