Thank you for supporting handcrafted and made-to-order items. Each piece is individually sandblast-etched and created with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom, handcrafted, and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Sandblast-etched glassware
- Personalized items
- Custom text or design requests
- Any made-to-order products
Please double-check all personalization details, spelling, design choices, and item selections before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To expedite the process, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or error
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
Once verified, we will remake and replace the item at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, work may already have begun on your item and cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees.
