What is the spirit wear sale or fundraising process?
We will go over all of the item options to find what would interest your demographic, how many items you’d like to offer, how much money you’d like to make from each item, and everything in between. We can provide an order form, if needed, for you to distribute. Once you’ve collected all the order forms along with payment, return the forms to us! We will complete the orders and sort/bag them if desired.
How do I collect payment for my fundraiser or school spirit wear sale?
There are several ways to collect payment:
1. Have the purchaser make payment to you or your organization. You can collect their payment along with their order. You would pass their order along with us and keep their payment. We will create a final invoice for you to pay at one time. Credit card processing fees do apply.
2. Have the purchaser make payment to us directly. You can collect their cash/check upon collection of their order, or have them call us with a credit card number. Credit card processing fees do apply.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash or check is preferred but we also accept credit cards. Upon the use of a credit card, an additional 2.6% processing fee is applied.
Will you create an order form for us?
Yes! If you need one, our team will completely customize an order form for you to distribute.
Will you fold and bag my orders?
When applicable, we are happy to sort the items and bag them along with the individual order form. This makes distribution a breeze!
How quickly will I receive the finished product?
We have a basic 2-week turnaround on all products. This heavily depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. Since we are a small-business, we ask for patience but always are honest about timeframes. We are often times able to accommodate your deadlines, if need be! Please bear with us and plan accordingly during the holiday season, as that is our busiest time of year.
Do I need to give you a design?
If you have a finished design, send it over and we will be happy to work with it! If you have absolutely no idea, we are here to help with that too. From ground zero to finished product, we will guide you through the design process.
Do you offer custom names and numbers?
Yes! We are able to add names and numbers to lots of items. Our team will discuss cost and design with you!
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping out of our store in Greensburg, PA. We can discuss cost and payment upon designing your fundraiser or spirit wear sale!
