What is the setup/digitizing process?
We require art in the form of a DST. If you don’t have that file format, we are happy to digitize the design for an added fee. Digitizing the file ensures that our embroidery machine can read the design and transfer it to the items.
What is the digitizing fee?
Fee is determined by stitch count. We are happy to provide a quote before moving forward with the digitizing process.
Is there an item minimum?
No, there is no item minimum. We want to reach as many happy people as possible, so come on in…one and all!
How is pricing determined?
Embroidery pricing goes by stitch count. Stitch count is determined by the chosen design and size.
How quickly will I receive the finished product?
We have a basic 2-week turnaround on all products. This heavily depends on how busy we are at the time of your visit. Since we are a small-business, we ask for patience but always are honest about timeframes. We are often times able to accommodate your deadlines, if need be! Please bear with us and plan accordingly during the holiday season, as that is our busiest time of year.
Can you embroider items that I bring you?
Yes, we offer embroidery on items that you purchase through us directly as well as items you bring from home. We will make sure the item is capable of being embroidered before moving forward with the project. Please keep in mind that sometimes embroidery machines can make mistakes, so we may decline an item as we see fit and you may have to sign a waiver so that we aren’t responsible for damaged items.
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes!
Do you do patches?
Yes, we do patches by the dozen.
Will you embroider my favorite sports team or cartoon character?
Due to trademark and copyright reasons, we are unable to embroider any design that we don’t have the rights to.
Do you embroider varsity jackets?
At this time, we do not.
